These are basic regular recurring cleaning prices only (items listed below):  All prices subjected to walk through and please add $40 for the first cleaning. 

1bedroom/1bathroom apartment (up to 700 square foot) - $50 weekly, $58 bi-weekly, $65 monthly
2bedroom/1bathroom apartment (701-1000 square foot) - $60 weekly, $65 bi-weekly, $75 monthly
2 bathrooms + $10 up to 1200 square foot.

2bedroom/1bathroom up to 1500 square foot - $60 weekly, $70 bi-weekly, $85 monthly
2bedroom/2bathroom up to 1500 square foot - $70 weekly, $75 bi-weekly, $90 monthly

3bedroom/2bathroom up to 2000 square foot - $70 weekly, $80 bi-weekly, $100 monthly
3bedroom/2bathroom up to 2500 square foot - $78 weekly, $90 bi-weekly, $105 monthly
3bedroom/3bathroom up to 2500 square foot - $80 weekly, $95 bi-weekly, $110 monthly

4bedroom/3 bathroom up to 3200 square foot - $90 weekly, $105 bi-weekly, $135 monthly
4bedroom/4bathroom up to 3200 square foot - $100 weekly, $115 bi-weekly, $145 monthly

5 bathrooms up to 4000 square foot - $125 weekly, $135 bi-weekly, $155 monthly

Above that call us for schedule availability

Deep Cleanings, move in-outs are generally going to be roughly double the above rates with
"normal" wear/traffic.  If the home has not been deep cleaned in over 6 months we would want
to walk through the property.

Services Available

We offer a number of different choices for cleaning your home.  Offering weekly, bi-weekly, twice a week, monthly, and deep cleanings (spring cleans).

Basic Cleaning Items (Recurring Cleans and One Time Basics)(Recurring cleans get discounts)

Recurring home cleaning services available in Longview, Spring Hill, Hallsville, Kilgore, White Oak, Gilmer, Gladewater and surrounding East Texas towns.

•  Kitchen includes (cleaning and shining of appliances (outside), microwave (inside and out), backsplashes, countertops, sinks)
•  All Reachable Floors (We vacuum all carpeted areas.  We sweep/vac all hard surface areas.  Mopping both flat and wet mops available.)
•  Bathrooms (cleaning of toilets, cleaning of showers and bathtubs cleaning and shining faucets, cleaning counter tops, mirrors)(we do rotate dust baseboards in bathroom) (we do NOT offer deep shower grout restoration or cleaning)
•  Dusting (dusting of knick knacks, wood furniture, electronics, window seals, picture frames)
•  Dusting of ceiling fan blades (as needed/done 1st clean always)
•  Empty bathroom, office, bedroom trash cans (kitchen as well provided there is a trash can outside)
•  Baseboards around toilet area  (rotated)
•  Windows Seals (rotated)
•  Cob Web Removal (as needed/done 1st cleaning always)(in country or on lake we may discuss these)
•  French Door and Living Area Windows done inside and out (provided no blinds or screens)
• We do make beds (NOT change bedding)

 
Deep Cleaning Items (One Time, Quarterly, Every 6 months, Move In/Out)

    Everything listed in Basic Cleaning Plus:

•     Wet clean baseboards
•     Cleaning and Shining of door frames (wet cleans)
•     Cleaning and Shining of Doors (wet cleans)
•     Fridges inside during deep cleans, move in/outs.
•     Clean/Oil kitchen and bath room cabinets
•     Inside of Ovens at a additional rate. 

Deluxe Cleaning Packages available that combine elements of deep cleans into basic recurring cleanings.  Ideal for very high traffic homes or homes that are on the real estate market. 

Note:  We no longer offer blind cleanings.

We currently do not offer organization or excessive clutter removal.
